Local Horse Riding
There's a great local riding centre about 2 miles away from Beara Lodge Glamping called Garlands Trekking & Riding Centre.
The Riding Centre is set in 30 acres surrounded by beautiful forestry. Their acilities include a 20 x 60m newly refurbished Fibre Surface school, Course of Jumps, Grass Canter Track and Direct Access to Exceptional Forestry Riding.

Walking, Cycling and Riding
Devon and North Devon have amazing facilities for walking, cycling and horse riding.

Highampton Trout and Coarse Lakes
Also located nearby are Highampton Lakes. Going for 15 years the fishery offers two trout lakes and coarse lake of two acres. The three lakes are well stocked to offer an excellent day's fishing.
